Ward calling system design - based on PLC Medical electronic -

Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional ward calling system exists, this paper designed a ward calling system based on PLC controller. When patients request medical personnel through keys help ward calling system related request information through power carrier transport to PC system, medical personnel according to the current request message to the corresponding help patients.

1, the system overall scheme and working principle in this paper, according to the actual ward calling system functional requirements for ward calling system hardware circuit design. System hardware circuit is mainly composed of power supply module, a power carrier delivery module, electric power carrier wave receiving module, clock module, data display module, the call button module, serial port module and watchdog module and so on, the whole hardware circuit is shown in figure 1.

in this paper, we design the system effectively solves the traditional ward calling system structure complicated, difficult construction, and poor ability to scale. When patients need staff to help patients by ward call system will call request information transmission to the appropriate doctor or nurse, doctor or nurse on duty after receive the requested information, give corresponding response, through ward call system stable mood, patient to improve medical service level.

Because the transformer primary coil has energy storage, its easy to produce in the process of high frequency switch TOP224Y high peak pulse, in order to ensure the normal order of the system can T make the C32 system designed by the R28 resistance, capacitance and diode of D36 absorption loop to absorb the spike pulse, thus effectively avoid TOP224Y chip damage caused by the peak pulse switch power supply.
